Senior Analyst, Channel Lead Program

Supports the overall success of the Sales Force Effectiveness Team within Retail Sales, Channel Performance by providing analytical and coordination support for the Assisted Channel Lead Strategy across branch, virtual, and other assisted channels. Contributes to the execution of team initiatives through reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and field feedback loops. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

  • Support the execution of assisted channel lead strategy initiatives by maintaining trackers, documenting requirements, and coordinating inputs across partners (Channel, Training, Communications, Analytics, Technology, and Product)

  • Prepare and maintain routine and ad hoc reporting (e.g., lead volumes, conversion, follow-up, and capacity indicators) to support day-to-day management of lead orchestration and assisted channel performance

  • Update and maintain sales enablement resources (playbooks, job aids, FAQs, and process maps) to support consistent execution of the assisted channel lead strategy

  • Support field engagement and feedback mechanisms (observations, surveys, focus groups, and intake channels) by scheduling sessions, capturing notes, and synthesizing themes and improvement opportunities

  • Support change delivery by coordinating communications and training inputs, tracking readiness milestones, and monitoring adoption indicators; escalates risks and issues to the Manager/Lead as required

  • Support assisted channel lead generation campaign execution by coordinating targeting and channel communications, partnering on outbound call scripting, tracking launch readiness, and monitoring in-flight performance to identify optimization opportunities

  • Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for assigned workstreams; prepares meeting materials and updates for governance forums and operating rhythm touchpoints

  • Analyze performance insights and qualitative feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve lead processes, tools, and frontline support; documents findings and recommendations

  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions

  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in an analyst, reporting, operations, sales support, or continuous improvement role (financial services experience is an asset)

  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills; advanced Excel and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) including dashboard design and data storytelling; working SQL is an asset

  • Ability to learn assisted channel processes and translate requirements into clear documentation (process maps, job aids, trackers) with strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to independently drive deliverables, facilitate working sessions, and translate insights into clear recommendations and materials for leaders and frontline partners

  • Working knowledge of risk and controls in a banking environment, with the ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately

Working Conditions

  • Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel domestically may be required. This role will be hybrid with standard team days in office.
