SailPoint BSA- Onboarding App
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Application Onboarding team, within the Workforce Identity & Access Management engineering organization, who are responsible for the onboarding of business applications to SailPoint Identity IQ. They will assist with tasks during the onboarding process, but will also be responsible for the following post-onboarding tasks:
Verify app is onboarded in AMH after change is completed.
TD Asset Registry (TDAR) update
Extracting the Account and Entitlement report from SailPoint IIQ
Run the macro to separate out account and entitlement report per app code
Update the email of Technology Asset Owners (TAOs) /TAO Delegates and Business Asset Owners (BAOs) /BAO Delegates in macro sheet
Prepare and Run the macro to send the emails to TAOs and BAOs
Back and forth communication with TAOs and BAOs
Setting up meetings with TAOs and BAOs to answer questions about the review and sign-off process
Managing/maintaining the tracker/JIRA
Upload the approvals over share point/JIRA
BAU change management for Onboarded Apps / Apps returned from Segregation of Duties team w/errors or problems:
Review/verify and analyse the change.
Back and forth communication with app team
Deployment in lower env.
Testing
Setting up the change request (deployment task) for Environment & Release Manager
Approvals from TAO/BAO
Managing/maintaining the tracker/JIRA

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
