Overview
As a QA Analyst on our team, your responsibilities would involve participating in and understand the creative briefings, creating test cases, ensuring all content is accurate,and be a key member in all projects that flow through our department. You will help ensure that all work meets the expectations of the client ask, and performs as expected, as well as helping interpret client feedback. A strong understanding of front-end development best practices and an eye for creative detail are key. Our main area of focus is the creative and development production of digital display ads, email, and microsites. Pharma experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well‑structured test plans and test cases
Identify, record, document, and track bugs through resolution
Assign and manage bug tickets in JIRA
Perform thorough regression testing once issues are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Document QA best practices and contribute to other quality assurance activities
Work closely with development and creative teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables
Coach creative, development, and cross‑functional team members on QA workflows
Ensure cross‑client, cross‑platform, and cross‑device compatibility
Communicate issues, risks, and sensitive information clearly and tactfully
Actively contribute to the corporate knowledge base
Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of front‑end development languages and concepts
Minimum 3 years of practical QA experience in a web development environment
Hands‑on experience using JIRA for bug tracking and reporting
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on error‑free delivery
Ability to work independently within a structured team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in afast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Understanding of cross‑platform, cross‑device, and cross‑client compatibility Assets / Preferred Qualifications
Experience with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus)
QA Certification from DoubleClick Academy for Ads
Experience with accessibility testing tools and AODA / Accessibility standards
Background in Ads or front‑end development
University degree or college diploma in a Quality Assurance–related program
Additional information
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
