Insight Global Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Project Manager to support delivery of business-critical technology initiatives within a large, enterprise banking environment. This role will be responsible for managing one or more technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
The Project Manager will work closely with business partners, technology teams, and delivery leaders to plan, execute, and track project milestones while proactively managing risks and dependencies. This individual will operate within an Agile delivery framework, supporting sprint planning, execution, and ongoing delivery reporting, while ensuring transparency and clear communication across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has prior experience delivering technology projects in the banking or financial services space, is comfortable working within structured enterprise environments, and can balance detailed execution with stakeholder management. This role requires a hands-on, organized Project Manager who can keep teams aligned and drive successful outcomes across complex initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience delivering technology projects in agile or hybrid Agile environments
Background working within banking or financial services organizations
Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams
Experience working on large, complex initiatives within enterprise environments
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience supporting consumer, personal, or business banking technology initiatives
Familiarity with delivery in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Experience working alongside PMO or portfolio teams
Exposure to financial tracking, forecasts, or delivery reporting
PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications
