Overview
This role supports the delivery of CRM initiatives by coordinating day-to-day project activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring campaigns and journeys are executed on time and in line with client objectives. Working closely with Project Managers, the role helps manage timelines, documentation, resourcing, and communication while tracking progress, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. With a strong focus on organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this position plays a key role in keeping CRM projects running smoothly in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of CRM initiatives by developing an understanding of client
business objectives, CRM strategies, and campaign goals (including email, lifecycle journeys, landing pages, and digital communications).
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities, including planning support, timeline tracking, task management, and follow-ups.
Help create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, detailed timelines, status updates, estimates, and change requests.
Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, proactively flagging
risks, dependencies, and issues to the Project Manager.
Support the coordination of shared resources across internal teams (client service,
strategy, creative, development, QA) and external partners or freelancers.
Facilitate clear and timely communication across cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment on priorities, timelines, and next steps.
Assist with change management throughout the project lifecycle by documenting
updates and ensuring changes are reflected in project plans.
Support project close-out activities, including documentation, post-mortem inputs,
and learnings.• Learn and apply agency project delivery methodologies, CRM workflows, and best
practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
A collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships across disciplines.
Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to take initiative while seeking guidance when needed.
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, Basecamp, or similar (training provided where required).
Comfortable using common corporate and cloud-based tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Box, and Teams.
Additional information
Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $50,000 - CAD $55,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
