Job Description
Intake and Coordination
• Review incoming marketing requests to ensure all required assets are included (copy decks, images, mock-ups, specs).
• Follow up on missing information and clarify requirements before work begins.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of banner and notification requests across Canadian and U.S. digital banking platforms.
• Negotiate timelines when urgent or last‑minute requests arise.
Project and Workflow Management
• Create, track, and manage tickets in Jira and Workfront.
• Plan and coordinate sprint activities and ensure requirements are groomed for development.
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating risks when needed.
• Act as the central liaison between marketing, designers, and developers.
Asset and Content Quality Assurance
• Validate that creative assets meet required specifications.
• Ensure mock-ups and copy decks match before handoff to development.
• Conduct pre‑publish QA checks for copy, layout, and CTA accuracy.
Collaboration with Designers and Developers
• Work with designers to ensure banner concepts meet brand and platform standards.
• Partner with developers to clarify requirements and support grooming sessions.
• Provide organized documentation to reduce rework and maintain alignment.
CMS Content Authoring (Future State)
• Build and update promotional content in Contentful using structured content types.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance when entering content.
• Perform QA within the CMS prior to publishing.
Process Improvement and Modernization
• Identify inefficiencies in legacy workflows and propose improvements.
• Support the transition to modernized systems and processes.
• Contribute to optimizing the online banking experience, particularly around sign‑in and promotional surfaces.
Administrative and Operational Support
• Maintain organized documentation, version control, and asset libraries.
• Track and report on request volumes and timelines.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks and evolving team needs.

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience in project coordination/management
Project management experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong communication, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
