Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to own product requirements for our production-grade AI and machine learning capabilities across our enterprise AI platform.
The Product Manager will turn ambiguous problem statements into clear scope, decisions, and deliverables. They will translate business goals into buildable stories with measurable acceptance criteria and success metrics
Product Managers will report to the Product Lead to ensure ongoing alignment on strategy, scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes. The Product Lead will provide direction, review requirements and user stories, and serve as the primary point of sign-off for key decisions (including functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness) to ensure consistency and quality across the product.
Responsibilities
Drive discovery and clarification
Lead stakeholder sessions to uncover objectives, constraints, workflows, edge cases, and “what good looks like”
Convert ambiguity into clear problem statements, user journeys, and prioritized use cases
Collaborate with technology partners
Work daily with engineering, data/ML, architecture, QA, and design to align on approach, trade-offs, and delivery plan
Resolve open questions quickly; document decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and risks
Create epics, features, and user stories with unambiguous, testable acceptance criteria -
Define functional requirements (what the solution must do) for agent behaviors, tools/actions, inputs/outputs, handoffs, and exception handling
Define non-functional requirements including performance/latency, reliability, scalability, security, privacy, compliance, auditability, and observability
Ensure stories include scenarios, edge cases, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with program managers and delivery lead
Align on timelines, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and cross-team delivery coordination;
proactively surface risks and support mitigation plans to keep execution on track.
Backlog ownership and delivery readiness
- Collaborate with Product Lead on the backlog, prioritization, refinement, and “definition of ready” quality for sprint execution
Validation and release support:
Partner with QA/engineering to ensure acceptance criteria map to test cases and release gates
Define evaluation criteria for agent outputs (quality, accuracy, brand compliance, safety/guardrails, human-in-the-loop steps)
Support demos, UAT, rollout planning, and post-release iteration based on feedback and metrics
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering software products in Agile teams (PM/PO/BA experience acceptable)
Strong capability in requirements elicitation, story writing, and defining “hard” acceptance criteria - Demonstrated success working through ambiguity and driving alignment and decisions
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and AI/ML partners and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Experience using backlog/documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
4-5 years Experience in Technical Product Management
Preferred / Nice to Have:
Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative operations workflows (campaigns, content production, approvals, trafficking, reporting)
Familiarity with experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, KPI definition, telemetry/analytics)

Stakeholders report improved clarity and faster decision-making in ambiguous areas
Stories are consistently “ready,” with minimal rework due to unclear requirements
Delivered agent workflows meet defined acceptance criteria and NFRs (quality, latency, reliability, safety)
Clear evaluation metrics and observability are in place to support iteration after launch
Additional information
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
