Product Managers will report to the Product Lead to ensure ongoing alignment on strategy, scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes. The Product Lead will provide direction, review requirements and user stories, and serve as the primary point of sign-off for key decisions (including functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness) to ensure consistency and quality across the product.

Responsibilities

  • Create epics, features, and user stories with unambiguous, testable acceptance criteria -

  • Define functional requirements (what the solution must do) for agent behaviors, tools/actions, inputs/outputs, handoffs, and exception handling

  • Define non-functional requirements including performance/latency, reliability, scalability, security, privacy, compliance, auditability, and observability

  • Ensure stories include scenarios, edge cases, dependencies, and measurable outcomes

  • Align on timelines, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and cross-team delivery coordination;

  • proactively surface risks and support mitigation plans to keep execution on track.

Backlog ownership and delivery readiness

  • Collaborate with Product Lead on the backlog, prioritization, refinement, and “definition of ready” quality for sprint execution

Validation and release support:

  • Partner with QA/engineering to ensure acceptance criteria map to test cases and release gates

  • Define evaluation criteria for agent outputs (quality, accuracy, brand compliance, safety/guardrails, human-in-the-loop steps)

  • Support demos, UAT, rollout planning, and post-release iteration based on feedback and metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering software products in Agile teams (PM/PO/BA experience acceptable)

  • Strong capability in requirements elicitation, story writing, and defining “hard” acceptance criteria - Demonstrated success working through ambiguity and driving alignment and decisions

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and AI/ML partners and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience using backlog/documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

  • 4-5 years Experience in Technical Product Management

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative operations workflows (campaigns, content production, approvals, trafficking, reporting)

  • Familiarity with experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, KPI definition, telemetry/analytics)

Success Measures (Examples):

  • Stakeholders report improved clarity and faster decision-making in ambiguous areas

  • Stories are consistently “ready,” with minimal rework due to unclear requirements

  • Delivered agent workflows meet defined acceptance criteria and NFRs (quality, latency, reliability, safety)

  • Clear evaluation metrics and observability are in place to support iteration after launch
