Insight Global Oracle Fusion HCM – Solution Architect in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to provide end-to-end architectural oversight across Oracle HCM and related ERP integrations. This role will ensure solutions are scalable, coherent, and aligned with business needs and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall Oracle HCM Cloud solution architecture across modules
- Ensure functional designs, user stories, and integrations align end-to-end
- Review and validate solution designs across HCM, integrations, and conversions
- Partner with technical and functional leads to guide implementation decisions
- Provide governance and design authority throughout the project lifecycle
- Support roadmap planning and future-state architecture
- Act as a senior advisor to clients and delivery leadership

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion environments
- Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Comp, ORC, and integrations
- Ability to assess solution design quality and alignment to business outcomes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments - Experience across Oracle ERP integrations
- Prior consulting or SI leadership experience
- Bilingual French/English (strong asset)
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
