Overview
The OOH Investment Supervisor is a pivotal role within the OOH Investment team, responsible for supervising the OOH team and media investment (including traditional, non-traditional, experiential, and live-event integrations) by negotiating, placing, and maintaining all buys in support of music artist and brand initiatives (e.g., album/single launches, tour integration, product education, and key cultural moments).

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategic Mentorship
Supervise and coach OOH Buyers and Assistants, ensuring clarity in responsibilities, timelines, and performance expectations.
Mentor junior staff on value extraction strategies, including deal leverage, media mix optimization, and margin management.
Serve as the primary day to day client contact, managing communication via Slack and email.
Manage incoming client requests and campaign initiatives, delegating executional tasks to the buyer level as appropriate.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Work closely with Strategy and client stakeholders to ensure recommendations meet objectives for awareness, streaming, and fan engagement - and are delivered on tight music-industry timelines.
Oversee and manage OOH budgets, including monthly spend reports, Apex spend, and billing discrepancies.
Leverage tools like COMMB Maps, Reach & Frequency Planner, and internal systems to support campaign planning and analysis.
Build strong relationships with media vendors and ensure compliance with negotiated deal terms.
Ensure all campaign inputs, trafficking, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
Review and approve pre- and post-buy reports, ensuring financial accuracy and actionable insights.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Present plans, performance readouts, and marketplace POVs to clients and internal teams, translating OOH performance into music outcomes (e.g., awareness lift, streaming/sales support, and social amplification).
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all campaign executions.
Support the integration of new tools and workflows to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Business, or a related field.
3 - 4+ years of experience in OOH Planning/ Buying experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
Proficiency in media systems (Prisma, DDS), planning tools, Excel (pivot tables), and reporting tools.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is between $65k to $75k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
