About the Role

We are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our growing NetSuite Consulting Practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consulting environment, leading complex implementation and managed service engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional client delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through go-live and post-deployment support. You’ll serve as the client’s primary point of contact, ensuring expectations are managed, communication is clear, and project outcomes align with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage NetSuite implementation and managed services projects with accountability for scope, timeline, and quality.

  • Coordinate and guide a cross-functional team of Functional Consultants and Developers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, proactive issue management, and transparency.

  • Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, work breakdown structures, RAID logs, risks register, change logs, and weekly client status reports.

  • Bridge business requirements to technical and functional NetSuite solutions, leveraging native features or custom development where appropriate.

  • Oversee project risks, dependencies, and change management processes to maintain delivery quality and alignment.

  • Partner with internal leadership to support resource planning, project forecasting, and continuous delivery improvement.

     

    Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project management experience within a consulting, professional services, or SaaS implementation environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing NetSuite or similar ERP projects end-to-end.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills; able to drive accountability across diverse technical and functional roles.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid).

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, DevOps, JIRA, and MS Project.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is an asset.
