The Opportunity – A Role That Matters

In this role, you’ll shape the quality culture at WSP Canada by working directly with sector leaders, project teams, and embedded quality resources to drive consistency, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction at a national scale. You’ll influence how quality is embedded into project delivery, support strategic decision‑making, and help ensure our work consistently meets the high standards our clients expect.

This is a highly collaborative and visible role, offering the opportunity to influence quality outcomes across multiple sectors and complex projects nationwide.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic quality advisory support to Sector Operations and Executive Leadership teams across Canada

  • Champion WSP’s Quality vision, mission, and objectives and promote alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Analyse quality KPIs, audit results, and client satisfaction data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Support sector‑specific quality plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality action planning

  • Influence project teams on quality risk management, documentation, and process compliance throughout the project lifecycle

  • Lead and contribute to national quality forums, monthly alignment meetings, and leadership reporting

  • Collaborate with HSSEQ teams, Client Program stakeholders, and embedded quality resources to support strategic initiatives

  • Monitor emerging industry standards and trends to inform quality strategy and innovation

  • Support audits, investigations, and root‑cause analyses as required

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline

  • At least 8 years of experience in quality management, including experience in a senior or advisory role

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control systems, tools, and methodologies

  • Experience supporting complex, multi‑disciplinary or multi‑site projects

  • Proven ability to translate data and trends into practical, actionable recommendations

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior leaders

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, ASQ, or similar quality certification considered an asset

Compensation

  • Zone 1 (BC, AB, SK, NT, YT, NU): $110,600 – $146,500 CAD

  • Zone 2 (MB, ON): $100,900 – $139,000 CAD

  • Zone 3 (QC, NB, NS, PEI, NL): $99,900 – $133,600 CAD
