Overview
As a Media Planner you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic media plans. This role is focused on awareness-driven campaigns, leveraging digital, social, programmatic, TV, and OOH channels to drive brand impact. You will be responsible for analyzing media alternatives, making data-driven recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and performance monitoring. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to present plans and insights directly to clients.
Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Media Plans – Create strategic, awareness-driven media plans across digital, social, programmatic, TV, and OOH channels to maximize brand impact.
Media Analysis & Recommendations – Evaluate media alternatives, leverage data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations for optimal channel allocation.
Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, track campaign performance, and optimize based on insights.
Post-Campaign Reporting & Financial Tracking – Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports, and ensure accurate financial tracking and budget management.
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Present media strategies, insights, and recommendations directly to clients while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Utilization of Media Tools & Research – Leverage industry tools (e.g., Prisma, Vividata, GWI, Google Insight Finder) to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Strategic & Proactive Thinking – Stay ahead of industry trends, develop POVs, and continuously refine media strategies to drive results
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in media planning
Experience with media planning tools; Prisma, Vividata, GWI, Google Insight Finder, Reach Planner (desired).
Strong understanding of media strategy and tactics development, channel allocation and optimization across multiple channels.
Experience in post-campaign reporting and financial tracking
Ability to develop POVs and strategic media recommendations based on research and insights.

Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with media research tools and reporting systems (Prisma, Vividata, GWI, Google Insight Finder, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Additional information
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
