How will you make an impact in this role?
The Market Performance Analyst (Canada) is a critical role within Travel & Concierge Experiences (TCE), responsible for leading market-level analytics and delivering actionable insights to drive performance across all three business constituencies. This role translates data into strategic direction, enabling informed decision-making while identifying forward-looking growth opportunities.
The position plays a key role in advancing priority initiatives while also supporting core BAU responsibilities such as Centurion portfolio management. In addition, the role provides strategic thought partnership to accelerate TCE priorities—particularly in scaling Differentiated Experiences and Personalize It capabilities across the Canadian market.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role requiring close collaboration with senior leadership, operations, and global partners to shape performance strategy and elevate customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end market performance analytics for Canada, delivering clear, actionable insights across all TCE lines of business.
Translate data into strategic recommendations to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer experience.
Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to inform forward-looking business strategies and investment decisions.
Support and actively contribute to key strategic initiatives, including Project Himalaya, North Star, and Project Taurus.
Manage and optimize the Centurion portfolio through data-driven insights, performance tracking, and targeted opportunity identification.
Develop and evolve performance metrics and KPIs aligned to business objectives (e.g., conversion, engagement, share of wallet, experience quality).
Build and deliver comprehensive reporting and dashboards to monitor performance, track progress, and highlight areas for improvement.
Partner closely with operations, analytics, and global teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment of performance methodologies.
Provide strategic support for long-range planning, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and business case development.Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enhance insight generation, personalization strategies, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed insights into execution and ensure measurable business impact.Ensure all performance strategies and initiatives align with applicable regulatory requirements, including TICO (Ontario) and OPC (Quebec).
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in analytics, business performance management, or strategy within financial services, travel, or servicing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, business drivers, and customer experience levers.
Experience supporting strategic initiatives and translating insights into execution.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the Canadian market, including TICO and OPC.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Cornerstone, Excel, SQL, LUMI, Tableau) and familiarity with AI-driven analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to senior leadership.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in Travel & Concierge Experiences or premium servicing environments.
Familiarity with Centurion or high-value customer portfolio management.
Experience working on large-scale transformation or strategic initiatives.
Exposure to global or multi-market environments.
Qualifications
Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually bonus benefits
