The Manager, Performance Tracking Tool Management is responsible for the end to end ownership, standardization, and evolution of performance tracking tools and reporting innovation that is used across Branch, CEC, Virtual, and digital channels. This role ensures that performance data is accurate, trusted, executive ready, and actionable—enabling data driven decision making and effective performance steering.
Acting as a central liaison between business stakeholders, analytics teams, technology partners, and communications functions, the Manager translates business priorities into scalable application enhancements, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting cadences. The role also innovates and supports the adoption of AI enabled capabilities (including Copilot style tools) and automation to improve insight generation, efficiency, and consistency, while maintaining strong governance and compliance.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Performance Steering & Reporting:
Own and/or evolve enterprise performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting assets supporting Channel Performance and Performance Steering
Drive innovation through AI and automation across various CRM, reporting and technology application enhancements
Translate business priorities and OKRs into clear, standardized metrics and executive level performance views
Lead recurring performance reporting cadences (e.g., weekly and monthly updates), ensuring clarity, consistency, and insight quality
Reporting Modernization & Standardization
Maintain reporting inventories and identify opportunities to streamline, modernize, or retire existing tools
Drive optimization and migration of reporting into modern Power BI based experiences aligned to enterprise standards
Establish consistent scorecard structures, definitions, and presentation standards across channels
Business, Analytics & Technology Partnership
Act as the primary point of accountability for translating business needs into requirements, mock ups, and prioritized backlogs
Partner with Analytics and Technology teams to ensure reporting solutions and application enhancements are scalable, accurate, and sustainable
Collaborate with Communications and L&D partners to align dashboards, written insights, and executive updates into a cohesive performance narrative
AI Enablement & Innovation
Identify and support use cases for AI enabled insights, automation, and narrative summarization within performance reporting
Ensure responsible, compliant adoption of AI capabilities in partnership with enterprise risk and privacy teams
Drive connections between data sources and automation of solutions to layer AI in a scalable and reusable way
Governance & Quality
Ensure performance tools meet enterprise standards for data quality, privacy, security, auditability, and change management
Balance speed to value with governance, ensuring outputs are trusted and suitable for senior executive use
Stakeholder Leadership
Build strong relationships across Channel Performance, Analytics, Technology, Digital, and Enterprise partners
Influence without authority to align stakeholders around shared performance outcomes and reporting priorities
Contribute to planning cycles by identifying reporting capability gaps, risks, and investment needs
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or a related field
Post graduate education or certifications in analytics, data, or technology are considered assets
5+ years of experience in performance management, analytics enablement, business intelligence, or technology enabled business roles
Previous assisted channels experience an asset (Branch, CEC, Virtual)
Strong understanding of OKR/KPI design, scorecards, and performance steering frameworks
Experience with enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms)
Exposure to AI enabled analytics or automation is an asset
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear analytical and technical requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment
