BrandSafway Manager, Key Accounts in Toronto, Ontario

We are looking for a Manager, Key Accounts, who is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value clients across commercial and industrial sectors. This role ensures customer satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and aligns BrandSafway’s service offerings with client needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with strong commercial acumen and deep industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue, improve margins, and expand service offerings.
Collaborate with operations, estimating, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across BrandSafway’s portfolio (scaffolding, insulation, coatings, etc.).
Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client developments to anticipate needs.
Support contract negotiations and renewals in coordination with legal and finance teams.
What you bring:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a strong asset).
5+ years of success in account management or business development, ideally within industrial services or construction environments.
A proven ability to grow and retain high-value, complex accounts while consistently driving revenue.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills that influence decision-making at all levels.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites and regional offices as needed.
Industry knowledge in scaffolding, access solutions, insulation, or coatings is highly valued.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and client relationships.
A strategic, customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering long-term value and partnership.
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
