Insight Global Learning Designer in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
This role focuses on designing product and system‑transition learning content to support the migration from Microsoft SharePoint to the PrivateLink records management platform. The Learning Designer will collaborate with in‑house trainers, designers, the PrivateLink vendor, and key stakeholders to develop compliant training materials, support records management and retention standards, and contribute to a centralized learning hub. Training delivery will be handled by in‑house trainers. This role is starting at 2 months with possibility of extension, requiring 1 day in person in downtown toronto

Skills and Requirements
Strong Microsoft SharePoint experience (critical)
Records management experience preferred
Experience in large enterprise environments
Vendor collaboration experience * Experience with video production and AV recording is a plus
