Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HRIS Coordinator to support our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start their HR career in a multi-brand environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. The HRIS Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting HR processes across all our brands

Responsibilities

  • Data Input and Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee data in the HRIS system across multiple brands. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing records.

  • Data Accuracy: Conduct regular checks to verify data consistency and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Team support: Collaborate with HR colleagues to gather necessary information for data input and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Multi-Brand Coordination: Manage HRIS requirements across various brands within the organization, adapting to brand-specific needs and ensuring compliance with respective policies.

  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to HR and management teams, providing insights into workforce data and trends.

  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • System Support: Act as a point of contact for system-related inquiries, providing assistance to HR team members and employees as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus; training will be provided.

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes; direct experience is beneficial but not required.

  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple brands and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Additional information

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $50,000 - CAD $55,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
