Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Expert Project Manager for a leading bank. The role will lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) design and delivery in partnership with Treasury and a third‑party consulting vendor.
This is a senior, hands‑on delivery role with high executive exposure, responsible for driving measurable business outcomes across a complex, highly‑matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Target Operating Model workstream
• Partner with Treasury and a 3rd‑party consulting vendor
• Manage workstream scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and design reviews
• Ensure alignment to intraday liquidity objectives such as cash visibility, forecasting, controls, and governance
• Track progress and report into the Program PMO
• Support transition planning, readiness, and implementation activities
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and stakeholder communication

Skills and Requirements
• 10+ years of project management experience within banking or financial services
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex, strategic (non‑IT) initiatives
• Strong experience delivering operating model, finance, or treasury‑related programs
• Experience managing third‑party consulting vendors
• Strong end‑to‑end delivery ownership, including planning, governance, risk, and reporting
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, SharePoint) • Experience with intraday liquidity, treasury, payments, or risk initiatives
• PMP or equivalent certification
