Job Description
As a Deburrer, you will be responsible for executing assigned finishing tasks using designated equipment while adhering to established procedures. You will operate finishing tools safely to protect the parts, and accurately mark parts as per instructions. You are expected to promptly report any changes to the Supervisor and strive to optimize processing times. At the end of each job, you will report cycle times and ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the finishing station, conducting daily inspections of the equipment.
Responsibilities
Execute assigned finishing jobs with designated equipment following proper procedures.
Operate finishing tools safely to ensure the safeguard of parts.
Perform marking on parts as per instructions.
Report any changes immediately to the Supervisor.
Optimize times and routines and report cycle times at the end of the job.
Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of the finishing station and perform daily equipment inspections.
Essential Skills
Experience in polishing, grinding, sanding, buffing, particularly with small parts.
2+ years of experience in deburring, grinding, and buffing.
Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel and Inconel.
High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment
Work in a machine shop where polishing is conducted in a separate area. Choose between straight afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, or weekend day shifts from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay starts at $20/hr
