Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Content Writer + Editor to join a large banking client on a 6 month contract based in Toronto. The successful candidate will join a team handling content requests to make content changes or write content for net new processes for multiple lines of businesses. Experience working as a content writer with MS word, sharepoint, and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment is crucial to succeed in this role. Please note, this role is hybrid once a week in the Downtown Toronto area.

Skills and Requirements
3 years experience working as a content writer for medium-large size organizations
Strong experience working with MS word
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Proactive communication on ability to take on more requests.
Bachelors degree in communication, English, technical writing, or equivalent.
Experience with SharePoint Editor for content writing and editing
Experience with HTML troubleshooting
Experience with Jira for tracking
