Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Central Stores Clerk working in Toronto, you will Provide MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) materials management services and support as required by the Asset Care and Operating Departments of the Toronto Brewery.
This role must be willing to work on all shifts.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Complete all training related to Molson Coors Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and always ensure compliance to those policies
Support the reliable location and provision of inventoried spare parts, VMI supplies and tool crib assets to members of the Asset Care and Operations teams, using the appropriate processes
Provide a high level of customer service and maintain the required code of professional conduct with internal and external customers
Using the computerized maintenance management system analyze, manage and maintain effective control over all inventoried items
Ensure that all legislative and enterprise Environmental and Loss Control policies are adhered to in the handling of inventoried and non-inventoried materials
Document and carry out all parts transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Carry out all activities in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
With the Asset Care and Operations Teams, maintain a Stores 5S housekeeping integrity program which includes all Stores related satellite inventories
Source and expedite inventoried MRO materials in emergency scenarios assisting the Buyers as necessary through contact with suppliers
With procurement staff and relevant stakeholders, identify, implement and support inventory optimization and cost savings opportunities
Initiate & manage the store’s in-house & off-site repair process when applicable. Asking the appropriate questions with the accountable on-site Asset Care stakeholders
Key Ingredients:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; PMAC/CAPICS accreditation considered an asset
Materials Management experience considered an asset
Mechanical aptitude
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work various shifts
