Overview
The Account Supervisor’s primary responsibility will be to manage and support day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and execution with the oversight of a senior lead, while establishing strong relationships with agency partners and clients at the appropriate level.
This role provides project leadership on a large Canadian retail brand, overseeing the successful delivery of fully integrated 360 advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working in advertising and is comfortable navigating complex, high-volume workstreams. They also bring experience across broadcast TV, digital, and social. This position reports into a Group Account Director and works on a project basis with Account Directors.
Responsibilities
Strategic and creative collaboration with internal teams including Creative, Planning and Production.
Build relationships with various client groups, at the appropriate level.
Lead campaigns independently with selective oversight from Account Director(s) and selective support from Account Executive(s).
Client business knowledge champion including; product offerings, pricing, benefits, competitive advantage, and more.
Collaborate with Creative Team; ensure adherence to strategy and client/brand standards as well as feedback.
Work closely with production teams to bring all work to life on time and on budget.
Lead weekly status meetings (internally and with client).
Develop and deliver tactical briefs.
Guide and oversee assigned project budgets.
Provide input, consultation and cooperation with other agency and client partners.
Qualifications
3-4 years of agency account management experience in an agency setting
Ability to manage process and teams with selective involvement from senior account lead.
Strong project management skills - ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on-time as well as keep others on top of their assigned tasks and deliverables.
Ability to manage and support multiple projects - multi-task, prioritize and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team mentality with the ability to function at high level in both lead and supports roles with various personalities.
Creative, quick and conceptual thinker and problem solver.
Ability to work well under pressure and with strict deadlines.
Solid understanding of the various executional channels including video, social, digital etc.
Additional information
Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 - CAD $90,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
