Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps Azure Data Factory Azure Event Hub Snowflake Tasks Snowflake SQL and Snowpipe. This role involves designing and implementing robust data solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance our data capabilities.

Responsibilities

· Design and implement scalable data architectures using Azure DevOps and Azure Data Factory to support business objectives.

· Oversee the integration of Azure Event Hub to ensure seamless data flow and real-time processing capabilities.

· Develop and optimize Snowflake Tasks and Snowflake SQL to enhance data processing efficiency and accuracy.

· Implement Snowpipe for continuous data ingestion ensuring data is readily available for analysis.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Ensure data solutions are aligned with industry best practices and company standards for security and compliance.

· Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

· Lead efforts to improve data quality and integrity across all data platforms.

· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities and support business growth.

· Document data architectures processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

· Engage with stakeholders to communicate data insights and support data-driven decision-making.

· Contribute to the companys mission by delivering data solutions that drive innovation and improve societal outcomes.

Qualifications

· Possess extensive experience in Azure DevOps demonstrating the ability to manage and deploy applications effectively.

· Have a strong background in Azure Data Factory showcasing expertise in building and managing data pipelines.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Event Hub with a focus on real-time data processing and integration.

· Exhibit advanced skills in Snowflake Tasks and Snowflake SQL ensuring efficient data processing and analysis.

· Experience with Snowpipe highlighting capabilities in continuous data ingestion and availability.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

· Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and convey complex technical concepts clearly.

· Exposure to Fabric Power BI dashboards and other Analytics reports

Certifications Required

Azure Solutions Architect Expert Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification

Work Location : Hybrid
