AI Workforce ArchitectAvanade is looking for an experienced AI Workforce Architect, at the Manager level, who thrives on designing and leading enterprise scale Power Platform and Copilot solutions. This is a hands on, advisory role where you will own end to end solution architecture—shaping secure, scalable, and responsible AI powered experiences that enable how work gets done. What you’ll do • Architect and lead end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.• Design scalable, secure architectures covering environments, integrations, data, identity, and operations.• Lead Copilot and AI solution design, ensuring responsible AI, compliance, and appropriate use of automation vs. AI.• Define and enforce governance, security, and ALM strategies across enterprise Power Platform environments.• Design resilient integrations using Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors.• Guide teams on low‑code and pro‑code extensibility, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.• Act as a trusted advisor—leading solution workshops, contributing to delivery planning, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
