Eaton’s Mobility Group EMEA is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Turin, Italy.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts while also taking a proactive role in developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
This position requires a professional who is autonomous, entrepreneurial, and able to independently identify, pursue, and convert new opportunities into a sustainable sales pipeline.
What you’ll do:
Account Management
Manage and develop assigned customers, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction.
Lead customer strategy across pricing, revenue growth, profitability, product design, and program execution.
Coordinate and standardize best practices within the sales function.
Business Development
Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Build, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of new prospects and strategic opportunities.
Drive prospecting activities and convert new leads into long-term business.
Develop tailored value propositions and support technical and commercial discussions to win new projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, product, program management, and finance teams to support customer programs and growth initiatives.
Collect market insights to support commercial strategies and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Skills:
Strong financial acumen (P&L understanding, cost estimating, pricing).
Solid market and customer knowledge.
Ability to design and communicate compelling value propositions.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Strong business sense and deep industry expertise.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
Highly driven, proactive, and motivated to deliver results.
