This role provides leadership to maintenance and janitorial teams while ensuring facilities, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. By coordinating staff, managing work requests and projects, and supporting preventative maintenance and safety programs, the Regional Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining clean, secure, and operational environments that support uninterrupted patient care and advance YVFWC's mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to the communities we serve.
