ManpowerGroup Mobile HVAC Technician in Topeka, Kansas
Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Topeka, KS
What's the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely service delivery.
Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems, record readings, and make adjustments for optimal performance.
Maintain safety standards, manage inventory, and oversee contracted maintenance work.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
