Maintenance and Reliability Team Leader
Are you a proactive leader ready to drive operational excellence in a world-class manufacturing environment? As our Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will own the facility's maintenance strategy, leading the implementation of Planned Maintenance Standards to ensure the peak performance of our processing and packaging production. You will play a pivotal role in influencing safety, continuous improvement directly impacting our ability to deliver quality products to our consumers.
Responsibilities
Support development partnerships between maintenance and operations, creating a customer/provider relationship.
Support GMP, FDA, Calibration and EHS plant initiatives.
Ensure maintainability of new installations.
Establish a comprehensive lubrication program.
Prepare, submit, and manage maintenance expense budget line items.
Coordinates activities of the Maintenance Planner/scheduler to ensure materials and resources are readily available.
Coordinates Continuous Improvement projects.
Design and monitoring of an effective and economically justified preventive maintenance program
Maintain and analyze equipment data and history records to optimize the maintenance program
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
7+ years production/operation management experience.
Working knowledge of GMPs/OSHA Regulations; lean manufacturing tools and predictive maintenance principles
Working knowledge of PLC, instrumentation electronics, and maintenance repair techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, particularly food processing.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to prioritize and facilitate progress in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven decision-making skills and a strong background in contractor negotiation.
Knowledge of Maintenance systems such as AM/PM, TPM, or Predictive Maintenance.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $97,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
