Graceful Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to provide in-home and facility-based support services in the Lawrence and Topeka, Kansas area.
Employees provide non-medical and supportive care services to individuals with disabilities and seniors in accordance with individualized care plans. This position focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Duties may include:
Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments as needed
Observing and reporting changes in client condition to supervisors
Maintaining basic documentation related to client care
Positions are available for full-time and part-time schedules with flexible shifts based on client needs.
