PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

- Operate single or multiple presses simultaneously and sequentially.
- Insert correct profile into the mold adding inserts and/or clips as required by the specific product work instruction.
- Process finished parts on rack system by using visual inspection,
- Use Smart Processing Stand trimming flash, insert clips, glue slits, notches or tears,
- Apply EPT, using buttoner insert buttons, apply butyl tape, pads.
- Inspect quality as identified by the specific product work instruction.
- Load appropriate number of processed parts on rack system.
- Complete production paperwork.
- Pack inspected processed parts using visual inspection
- Pack according to the specific product work instruction.
- Operate multiple fasteners inserting machines and continuous drilling machines.
- Load materials as identified in the specific product work instruction. Operate notching machine.
