Quality Manager
Location: Toms River, NJ (onsite)
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus: 20% annual bonus potential

Heyco, a PennEngineering company with 100 years of manufacturing excellence, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality systems and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and lead internal/external audits
Manage customer complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using root cause analysis
Partner with engineering to ensure product quality and manufacturability
Develop process controls, inspection methods, and quality plans
Review customer/supplier requirements to ensure quality standards are met
Serve as the main contact for customer quality needs (FAIs, IMDS, regulatory)
Prepare PPAP, FPA, and related submissions
Analyze quality data to improve performance and reliability
Lead quality training and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
5+ years in quality within a manufacturing environment
ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification (required)
Experience with regulatory standards (UL, CSA preferred)
Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or ASQ certification (CQE, CMQ/OE)
