Description We are looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for prospective and current residents while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, prospective renters, and current residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to potential and existing residents regarding the property.
• Manage and file property-related paperwork efficiently.
• Maintain office organization by ordering supplies and keeping the workspace tidy.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate and track resident work orders.
• Update and manage the waitlist, including sending correspondence to interested parties.
• Conduct daily property tours to ensure the premises are clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries to address resident and prospect needs.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for leasing activities.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team. Requirements • Possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor that helps create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Showcase proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to address changing priorities.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
