OceanFirst Bank ATM-ITM Operations Supervisor in Toms River, New Jersey
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ATM/ITM fleet management tools, monitoring, and lifecycle programs
Familiarity with bank regulatory expectations related to vendor management, information security, and operational risk
Experience with debit card issuance/instant issue programs and card stock controls
Experience building dashboards and recurring performance reporting
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Frequent divisional and interdivisional contact.
Frequent contact with external providers.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Ability to operate computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
