As part of the Mondelez Digital Services division, you will support the delivery of key activities within large SAP implementation projects across the EU region. In this role, you will focus on coordinating cutover activities, supporting key user training, and ensuring proper test execution. You will be working in a fast-paced team environment and will need excellent coordination skills
You will work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners to help ensure smooth go-lives and stable project transitions. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous SAP project exposure who wants to grow into a broader coordination role.
How you will contribute
You will support the successful preparation and execution of project cutovers, training activities, and testing cycles. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure readiness for go-live and help maintain structured and well-organized execution across all related sub-streams within Manufacturing area
In addition to this role, you will have the opportunity to support and coordinate with other technical initiatives within the MEU region, to further develop your skills within the MDS Manufacturing Team. This may involve supporting BAU requests, planning and execution of activities, and possibly ownership of a workstream in the future
What you will do:
Report into the MDS MEU Manufacturing
Coordinate and organize cutover activities across SAP projects (planning, tracking, follow-ups, readiness checks)
Ensure all cutover tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and completed on time
Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions for Key Users
Assist in ensuring training materials and attendance tracking are properly managed
Coordinate and monitor test execution (SIT, UAT), ensuring issues are logged and followed up
Track testing progress and escalate risks when needed
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and vendors
Support governance meetings by preparing and providing cutover status reports to project leadership and key stakeholders involved.
Maintain clear documentation of cutover, training, and testing activities
Take responsibility for coordinating an additional technical workstream within a parallel project, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and structured implementation follow-up
What you will bring
A desire to grow your career in SAP project delivery and contribute to large-scale transformation programs. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
Experience in SAP implementation projects (in a support or coordination role)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership of tasks
Excellent communication, management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams
Structured way of working and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
Team player mindset and collaborative approach
Good communication in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel when required
Demonstrates ability to manage cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced project environment
Experience in Supply Chain or MTI-related processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
Exposure to technical deployments or infrastructure-related initiatives is considered a plus.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred)
SAP knowledge or certification is a plus but not required

Flexibility during critical cutover periods
Travel requirements:
