Shift Details: Monday - Thursday, 5 am - 3 pm
Pay: $17/hr

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in the quality of your work? We-re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Pallet Teardown - a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and sustainably!
What You-ll Do:
Inspect & Sort: Evaluate whitewood pallets and determine repair needs using established criteria.
Cut & Reuse: Operate industrial table saws to salvage reusable components.
Repair & Restore: Use nail guns, hammers, and other tools to bring pallets back to life.
Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy workspace with -clean as you go- practices.
Stay Safe: Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
Hit Your Goals: Meet production and quality targets in a performance-driven environment.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Comfortable using hand and power tools (nail gun, hammer, Sawzall, etc.).
Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Forklift experience is a plus - certification preferred but not required.
Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a bonus!
