We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and support an industrial/manufacturing project. The successful candidate will work onsite, focusing primarily on this project to ensure its success and profitability.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project participants.
Ensure cohesive flow and distribution of project administration and requirements.
Review and distribute Submittals, RFIs, maintain Logs, and manage material and equipment procurement in correlation to the baseline schedule.
Attend meetings and maintain meeting minutes under the Project Manager's supervision.
Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation.
Recognize and manage project changes/revisions with cost and schedule impacts.
Receive, review, and prepare change orders for the Project Manager’s review.
Review and understand specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion.
Essential Skills
2+ years of Project Engineering experience under a General Contractor (GC).
Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
Ability to read drawings and specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable and functions effectively in a team environment.
Great organization and time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6.
Scheduling experience, especially with Primavera P6, is highly preferred.
Versatile and able to juggle multiple projects and work with multiple Project Managers.
Work Environment
The role is based onsite at the Ap Solutions/Buckeye Phase 2 project, located off 99th Ave. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, starting at 5am, with possible 10-hour workdays. This position involves no out-of-state travel, only local projects. A laptop is provided, and there is a cell phone reimbursement of $90/month. The role is salaried.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
