Role Summary: We are looking for a reliable Production Assistant to join our setup and strike crew. This is a hands-on, physical role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to learn the behind-the-scenes of the entertainment industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Load and unload event equipment (speakers, lighting, staging) from our warehouse and transport vans.
Help set up audio-visual gear and lighting rigs at various venues across the Phoenix metro area.
Assist the Lead DJ/Technician during events with equipment management.
Perform \"strikes\" (tear-downs) efficiently after events conclude.
Maintain and organize equipment in the warehouse.
Requirements:
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
Reliability: Must have a \"no-excuses\" attitude toward punctuality and attendance.
Transportation: Must have a reliable way to get to our warehouse in the Goodyear/Tolleson area.
Schedule: Must be available for weekend work and late-night shifts (tear-downs).
Attitude: A professional, \"white-glove\" service mindset is required as we work in luxury venues.
