What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations efficient and reliable. Your day-to-day will include:
? Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
⚡ Troubleshooting and resolving issues with PLCs, conveyor systems, and three-phase motors
? Using volt meters and diagnostic tools to ensure electrical systems are safe and efficient
? Collaborating with a tight-knit team to solve problems and share best practices
? Documenting maintenance activities and contributing to team knowledge sharing
What You Bring
We’re looking for hands-on professionals with a passion for precision and problem-solving:
✅ Experience in industrial maintenance , especially with PLCs and conveyor systems
✅ Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting , including volt meters and three-phase motors
✅ Solid understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
✅ Ability to communicate clearly and contribute to a safety-first culture
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have)
? Experience with automation or robotics maintenance
? Knowledge of forklift maintenance

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Tolleson, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
