Description
Robert Half has partnered with a rapidly growing, Toledo area company as they look for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will play an integral role in a dynamic & exciting stage of the organization's life cycle. What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly/annual reporting
Prepare/post journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in line with company policy and GAAP
Perform margin analysis, inventory related accounting and manage subledger schedules (fixed assets, leases, prepaids, etc.)
Support audit and tax filing processes by compiling and providing needed documentation
Collaborate across departments to drive results and ensure compliance

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with at least 3+ years related experience
Experience in a large company, ideally a multi-entity or public company
Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting system skills (NetSuite a plus)
CPA or CPA-track a plus
