Job Summary:

As the Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy, ensuring safe and efficient medication distribution to patients.

You will manage work schedules, assign tasks and provide training and developmental opportunities to support your staff.

SCHEDULE

  • This is a dual‑function role in which the pharmacist will both deliver remote order verification and supervise the team members to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

  • Monday- Friday days, and covers varied schedules depending on department needs

  • Weekend/holiday/on call rotation as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree

  • 3 years hospital pharmacy experience

  • Must be a Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of practice or license eligible

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced degree (Masters in business or health care related field)

  • BLS

  • Board Certification in area of pharmacy practice (i.e. BCPS)

Salary Range: $62,400 - $186,368
