Job Summary:
When clients visit the Icaria Powered by ProMedica, you will greet them and provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will perform essential office functions: greet clients, answer phones, schedule, answer questions, process orders and payments, oversee physical environment. You will serve as an client interface, communicate effectively with clients and prospects in registration, scheduling and hosting of Icaria clients throughout the course of their Icaria and/or Natural Wellness experience.

REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and the ability to create efficient systems. Proficient computer skills. Excellent mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience managing a business office, medical office, or retail environment
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
2+ yearsprevious experience in a retail environment
Trained in EPIC /electronic medical record software
Previous experience working in the field of Health and Wellness
Clinical experience as an LPN or MA to help support clinical workflows for Icaria clients.
