TEKsystems Branch Manager in Toledo, Ohio
Branch Manager – Toledo, OH
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a strong, community-focused Branch Manager to lead our Toledo branch—a unique, relationship-driven location that requires an energetic leader who thrives outside the four walls of the branch. This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for branch growth, sales performance, team development, and community presence.
The Toledo branch is smaller and still building its footprint in the market, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys business development, outbound relationship building, and creating momentum in a developing branch environment.
What You’ll DoLeadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a 4-person branch team (including the Branch Manager) to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Partner with other retail leaders to drive consistency, accountability, and engagement across the network.
Rotate leadership coverage, including two Saturdays per month (9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.), with flex time during the week.
Inspire an empowered, high-performing culture aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and service promises.
Sales, Growth & Performance
Own branch performance across loan volume, deposit growth, and member growth.
Participate in a quarterly incentive plan, starting at 75% of goal attainment, with higher payouts at 100%+ performance.
Drive both consumer and business lending, account opening (including business accounts and IRAs), and cross-sell of ancillary products (e.g., GAP, credit insurance, MBP).
Conduct outbound calling to existing members and local businesses to deepen relationships and generate growth (no cold calling).
Community Outreach & Business Development
Serve as the face of the Credit Union in the Toledo market.
Build relationships through offsite work, community involvement, local employers, and business partnerships.
Represent the branch at community events, networking functions, and business development activities.
Leverage a dedicated branch budget to support local outreach and growth initiatives.
Operations, Compliance & Member Experience
Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, staffing, cross-training, and workflow management.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex member situations and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
Maintain a consistent and high-quality member experience across in-person and outbound interactions.
The Toledo Branch Snapshot
Located in an industrial area with limited walk-in traffic—success depends on outreach, not foot traffic.
A relationship-driven, community-focused model with strong emphasis on business development.
Assistant Branch Manager is solid and ready to support a new leader under a refreshed leadership model.
Ideal for a leader who enjoys autonomy, visibility, and building something meaningful in the community.
What You’ll BringExperience & Education

Strong background in lending, account opening, deposits, and member growth.
Experience with business accounts and IRAs preferred.
Demonstrated sales mindset with the ability to drive results through people and relationships.
Comfortable balancing branch operations, compliance, and sales priorities.
