1. Job Title : Test Manager 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Automation Engineering and GEN AI Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and a keen understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a native Japanese speaker who can read write and speak the language fluently. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements. 3. Experience : 10 - 12 years 4. Responsibilities : - Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless integration and functionality of applications. - Implement automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy reducing manual effort and increasing test coverage. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommending improvements. - Drive the adoption of GEN AI Testing methodologies to optimize testing processes and improve overall product quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing maintaining the integrity and reliability of software products. - Coordinate with development teams to understand requirements and design test cases that effectively validate functionality and performance. - Monitor and track testing progress ensuring timely completion of testing activities and adherence to project timelines. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations delivering solutions that meet or exceed their requirements. - Utilize domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to tailor testing approaches and ensure relevance to industry-specific challenges. - Facilitate communication between teams ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the testing lifecycle. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in testing applying innovative solutions to enhance testing practices. Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in Automation Engineering and GEN AI Testing demonstrating a deep understanding of testing tools and techniques. - Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance applying this expertise to improve testing relevance and effectiveness. - Demonstrate proficiency in Japanese with native-level reading writing and speaking skills enabling effective communication with stakeholders. - Showcase a proven track record of successfully managing testing projects delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. - Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively. - Have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement driving initiatives that enhance testing processes and outcomes. 9.
