代理店またはクライアント側で、ブランド メディアおよびパフォーマンス メディアのキャンペーンの管理に携わった 13 年以上の経験。
部下を持つ管理職としての 5 年以上の経験。
英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外のパートナーと連携できること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
メディアおよびマーケティング分野で AI の実務経験があり、メディアで AI を活用する主なユースケースを明確に説明できること。
消費者トレンド、メディア チャネル、エコシステムなど、日本のマーケティング業界に関する知識。
メディア、測定、Google、その他のメディア プラットフォームに関する知識を活かして、日本 / アジア太平洋地域のお客様に対する統合広告（オンラインとオフライン）を管理できること。
キャンペーン戦略と統合メディアの最適化がビジネス目標に与える影響を測定して示すことができること。
不明確で変化の速い状況において、適切な判断ができる優れたコミュニケーション能力。
About the job
Google のマーケティング部門のグローバルメディア向けセンター オブ エクセレンス（CoE）であり、AI を活用するマーケティング組織である Media Lab チームの一員として、Google 独自のマーケティング活動におけるメディア戦略、プランニング、バイイング、測定、ガバナンス、イノベーション、AI を統括する役割を担っていただきます。この職務では、AI のさらなる統合、フルファネル マーケティングのアプローチ、代理店パートナーとの運用モデルの最適化、社内のイニシアチブを重視しながら、効果的かつ革新的なメディア戦略と実行を通じて Google の成長を推進します。
日本担当のメディア リードとして、Google のマーケティング部門のメディアの専門家チームを管理し、Google のさまざまな主要プロダクトの未来を形作ります。日本および APAC において、Google マーケティングでのオンライン広告とメディア広告を担当し、数百万ドル規模の統合型広告プログラム（ブランド広告とパフォーマンス広告の両方）を管理します。
プロダクト マーケティング マネージャーや広告代理店と連携して、キャンペーン戦略、戦術的なメディアプラン、測定、推奨事項を策定します。その一環として、担当地域のメディア代理店パートナーに対する主な連絡窓口を務め、ベスト プラクティスとガイドラインに沿って対応します。また、Google が日本国内で自社向けに行うすべてのブランド広告とパフォーマンス広告を統括して、Google 独自のプラットフォームとオフライン メディアのプロパティの両方を活用します。クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携し、オンラインとオフラインのチャネル全体において、クリエイティブとリッチメディアを活用した魅力的なエクスペリエンスを推進することが求められます。Google のマーケティングは技術に始まり、ユーザーで終わります。ユーザーを把握し、技術を把握し、双方を慣例にとらわれない方法で結び付けます。日々のありふれた問題から時代を画する大きな問題まで、世界中のありとあらゆる問題を Google のプロダクトがどのように解決するのかを示すことがこのチームの任務です。時代の流れに変革をもたらし、メディアを再定義し、ユーザーを第一に考え、最終的には技術そのものに語らせる - Google だからこそ可能なマーケティングです。
Responsibilities
Google Japan の主要なメディア担当責任者として、東京およびアジア太平洋地域にまたがるさまざまなチームを監督し、直接的な人材管理を担当する。
ブランド プログラムとパフォーマンス プログラムを主導し、包括的なキャンペーン戦略を推進するとともに、試行と学習を統合した取り組みを維持し、ビジネスへの影響と費用対効果（ROI）を最大化する。
SNS、自社ネットワーク、外部メディアの各チャネルにわたってメディア キャンペーンを管理するための厳格なプロセスを確立し、シームレスなフルファネルのユーザー エクスペリエンスを実現する。
評価とベンチマークを通じてメディア領域における専門的なリーダーシップを発揮し、統合型広告とデジタル イノベーションの分野において境界を押し広げる権威ある視点を打ち出す。
外部メディアの代理店パートナーを主導してオペレーショナル エクセレンスを実現するとともに、最新のメディア機能と広告技術を活用した先進的なソリューションの実現に向けて連携する。
