テクニカル ソリューション コンサルタントは、大手広告主やプロダクト パートナーの皆様と技術面の協力関係を構築するポジションです。お客様やパートナーの皆様に最新の技術を活用していただくために、エンジニアリング、セールス、プロダクト マネジメントなどクロスファンクショナルなチームを主導していただきます。コンセプト設計、テスト、データ分析、サポートに至るまで、Google のオンライン広告プラットフォームやプロダクト パートナーシップの技術運用と事業運営を統括してください。

ビジネス上のニーズやパートナーのニーズと技術的な制約との間のバランスを取り、革新的なソリューションを開発するだけでなく、お客様やチームにとってのパートナーかつコンサルタントとなることが期待されます。さらに、ツールの構築やプロダクトの自動化、Google のパートナーシップの技術運用と事業運営の統括に加え、プロダクト戦略の立案、プロジェクトやリソースの優先順位決定まで行える能力が求められます。

Google の Android Auto パートナー エンジニアリング チームは、チップセット、デバイス、自動車メーカーなど、あらゆる側面で世界中の多様なパートナー様と緊密に連携しています。こ のチームは、Android をコンシューマー、エンタープライズ両方のドメインで選ばれるプラットフォームにするという目標と、Google とパートナー様の戦略的目標をすり合わせるために、変化の速い技術指向の環境で業務に当たります。

本職種は、プロセスの簡素化と合理化に取り組み、社内外の関係者によるコードレビューとアーキテクチャ レビューをサポートするポジションです。Google とパートナー様が十分な情報に基づいて決定するうえで役立つデータを収集して分析します。また、技術プロジェクトの対象範囲を定義し、その実施を統括します。

Responsibilities

• 実装のレビューを行い、新たなプロダクト機能について周囲に積極的に発信する。また、技術的な問題を迅速かつ適切に解決する

• パートナー様のフィードバックをプロダクト マネジメントやコア エンジニアリングなどの社内のさまざまな部署に伝え、プロダクトの機能を改善する

• パートナー様にドキュメントや技術ガイダンスを提供して、新規および現行の統合業務を技術面からサポートする

• 既存および新規のビジネス チャンス創出に向け、Google のテクノロジーを活用して技術面およびビジネス面でのプロセスフローを特定、推進、最適化する
