必要な条件/経験:

• 学士号を取得していること（同等の実務経験でも可）。

望ましい経験/スキル:

• デバイス、通信会社、モバイル デバイス管理（MDM / UEM）、または関連するスタートアップなどエンタープライズ モバイル業界での経験が大部分を占める 10 年以上の実務経験と、エンタープライズ IT のデプロイに携わった経験があること。

• パートナーシップの開拓とパートナー リレーションシップ管理に携わった経験。

• 社内でエコシステムを推進する能力があり、業務でビジネス チャンスの見極めや課題解決ができること。

• 通信事業者やグローバル システム インテグレータなどのパートナーを管理し、影響を与えながらリードできる能力。

• 人前で話せるだけでなく、経営幹部レベルへのプレゼンテーションを日本語で行う能力、さらに Google を代表して契約に関する協議を行い、契約をまとめ上げてパートナーの合意を得る能力。

• 優れた交渉スキルとパートナーシップ スキル。

About the job

Android Enterprise パートナーシップ チームは、エコシステム全体で連携し、パートナーが Android のメリットを最大限に活かして企業やそのユーザーの業務を支援できるようサポートしています。

この職種では、トレーニング、イネーブルメント、テクノロジーの導入、市場開拓（GTM）といった主要分野で、幅広いパートナーをサポートしていただきます。これらのパートナーには、通信事業者、企業向けモバイル管理パートナー（EMM）、付加価値サービス販売パートナー（VAR）、小売業者、OEM が含まれます。目標は、ユーザーが Android プラットフォームを安全かつ管理しやすい方法で活用できるようにすることです。AI の最先端技術を使用し、現在の職場において従業員の生産性を安全かつ確実に向上できるよう支援します。

Responsibilities

• 日本と北アジアのエコシステム全体で Android Enterprise の包括的な戦略を策定し、実施する。携帯通信会社、OEM など、主要なパートナーと連携する。

• 経営幹部レベルと実務チームレベルの両方で強固な関係を構築し、維持する。共同ビジネスプランを作成し、定期的にレビューしてビジネス上の成果を確実に実現する。

• 担当地域の P&D パートナーシップ、Android Enterprise プロダクト、エンジニアリング、マーケティング、法務、財務などの社内チームと緊密に連携し、新たな取り組みや重要な戦略的関係の構築に携わる。

• 現地市場の有益な分析情報を提供してプロダクトの方向性の決定に役立て、この重要な成長市場での成功を確保する。エコシステム全体でエスカレーションの主な窓口を務める。

• ゼロからプレゼンスを構築し、Google を B2B のリーダーとして確立するにあたり生じる複雑さと曖昧さに対処する。社内外で高い起業家精神を発揮し、ビジネス チャンスを効果的に示す。
