Third-party (3P) Compliance Managementチームでは、3rd Party Logistics providerとの取引における安全性、品質、コンプライアンスを管理し、業界標準を超える基準を実現するメンバーを募集します。
幹線輸送会社、3Pメガキャリア、配送センターを運営する物流会社など、Amazonの物流を支える3P Logistics providerが、法令遵守と高い品質基準を維持できる仕組みを構築することです。社内のLegal、Compliance、SafetyといったGlobalの専門部署と連携し、行政の指針に沿ったルール策定から、契約への反映、そして実効性の評価まで一貫して担当します。
求められるのは、Complianceの専門性だけではありません。 変化するビジネス環境に対応しながら、社内外のパートナーを巻き込み、時には対立する利害を調整し、業界標準を超えるコンプライアンス体制を実現する――そんなビジネスリーダーシップとコミュニケーション力を持つ方を求めています。
Key job responsibilities
■幹線輸送領域におけるパートナー事業者の品質指標（事故発生率など）をもとにした改善
・内規や契約内容の定期的な見直し
・安全・品質・コンプライアンスの基準作成および引き上げ
・Daily, Weekly, Monthlyでの3P Logistics providerの安全・品質・コンプライアンスAudit
・Audit業務の効率化、省力化
A day in the life
【1日の勤務例】Flex 制 ※基本的には9:00–18:00
9:00〜11:00 前日の課題・時間外の問い合わせ確認
11:00〜12:00 チームミーティング・業務優先順位の確認
13:00〜16:00 Audit業務、プロセス設計などのProject業務
16:00〜17:00 パートナー事業者とのやり取り
17:00～18:00 自己学習・翌日の対応整理
【休日】
原則として平日勤務となり、カレンダー通りの勤務となります。

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of work in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in an industry role
Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
Experience in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SQL data manipulation
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
Experience working in risk/fraud analysis or in compliance organizations
