工業系eコマースチャネルにおいて、販売拡大とアカウント成長をリードするキーアカウント担当を募集します。

年間協業ビジネスプラン（JBP）の策定・実行に加え、デジタルチャネルに最適化された拡販施策の企画、コンテンツ強化、データドリブンな商談活動、社内外ステークホルダーとの連携を通じて、売上成長と顧客価値創造に寄与いただきます。

■職務内容

1.年間協業ビジネスプラン（JBP）策定・合意形成

・担当アカウントとの年間協業ビジネスプラン（JBP）の立案・策定

・JBPに基づく重点カテゴリ・重点製品・KPIの設定と顧客との合意形成

2.売上目標達成に向けた拡販プログラムの企画・実行

・売上目標達成のための拡販プログラム・キャンペーンの企画・提案

・顧客との定例商談を通じた施策の準備・実行・結果検証・改善提案

・キャンペーン施策の効果分析と次期提案に向けたPDCA推進

・施策費用の予実管理およびROIの把握

3.製品掲載数最大化と商品コンテンツ最適化

・担当アカウントで販売可能なSKU数最大化のためのアクション立案・推進

・商品ページの改善提案（商品タイトル・画像・仕様情報・SEO観点）

・関連部門（GICマーケティング、製品担当部門マーケティング等）との連携によるコンテンツ拡充

4.社内連携・ステークホルダーコーディネーション

・マーケティング、需要計画、カスタマーサービス、法務など社内関連部門との協働

・データ分析（販売データ、サイト流入、キャンペーン効果など）に基づく提案資料作成

・eコマース特性を踏まえた新規施策提案と改善活動のリード

・担当アカウントにおける売上・掲載SKU・コンテンツ改善率の向上

・JBPに基づいた年間売上計画の達成と継続的改善

・企画した拡販施策による売上創出およびKPI達成

・eコマースに最適化された商品コンテンツの強化

・顧客との協働関係強化によるWin-Winパートナーシップ構築

■必要条件

・最終学歴四大卒以上

・3年以上のアカウント営業経験（小売、流通、eコマース、工業系など）

・顧客との折衝および数値管理の実務経験

・PDCAを自走し、ロジカルに提案ストーリーを構築できる能力

・Excel、PowerPointなどの基本的なPCスキル

・社内外との調整を円滑に進めるコミュニケーション力

■歓迎要件

・eコマースチャネルでの営業

・データ分析（販売データ、ROI分析、等）の経験

・キーアカウントマネジメント経験

・英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
