クラウド インテグレータ担当パートナー デベロップメント マネージャーは、パートナーの能力とキャパシティを考慮して適切なパートナーを特定し、商機の拡大とプロダクトの利用促進を図ることで、セールス部門をサポートするポジションです。Google Cloud のパートナー エコシステム、市場の動向、パートナーとビジネス両方の（業界およびセグメントごとの）市場参入戦略を常に把握しておく必要があります。ローカル パートナー エコシステムの拡大とのバランスを取りつつ、商機に応じてパートナーのパフォーマンスを管理、最適化し、ビジネス プロセスの早い段階でのエンゲージメントを確立することに加え、提供するサービスや成果物の質を担保して成果を最適化することも求められます。

Responsibilities

• 成長し続ける Google のサービス パートナーのエコシステム向けに、新たなビジネス領域やサービスを採用、開発し、拡大する。Google Cloud ビジネスを専門とするパートナーの取り組みを強化する。

• 既存および新規のパートナーとの関係を構築して発展させ、戦略的アドバイスを提供し、ソート リーダーシップを発揮するとともに、日々の業務を管理する。

• パートナーのビジネス パフォーマンスを把握し、最適化するとともに、Google の目標に合わせてパートナーの能力や優先事項を調整し、四半期目標の達成につなげる。

• ソリューションやサービスの共同開発を通じて、パートナーが Google 関連のビジネスとプロダクト ポートフォリオを拡大できるよう支援する。Google のクラウド プラットフォーム テクノロジーに関するカスタマイズされたプレゼンテーションを実施し、共同ビジネスの成長をサポートする。

• 主要なサービス パートナーおよび Google のリーダーシップ チームとの四半期ビジネス レビューを実施する。
