部署およびポジションの概要

Wholesale facultative unit は2024年にReinsurance Solutions（再保険ブローカー）の任再チーム内に設立され、Commercial Risk Solutions（元受ブローカー）の顧客ニーズに応えるべく、Aonが主体となって任意再保険のブローキング業務行い元受契約の組成をサポートする役割を担っています。日本の保険業界が大きな変革期にある中、再保険マーケットを活用した新しい提案を通して顧客のニーズに応え、グローバルブローカーとしての真の価値を提供し、業界をリードしていく革新的な業務を経験できるポジションです。日本国内の保険会社・再保険会社との業務に加え、ロンドン・シンガポールの同僚や再保険者とも調整・交渉業務を担い、グローバルに活躍する機会があります。

業務内容

・任意再保険手配を通じCommercial Risk Solutions (元受ブローカー)の顧客のための元受契約組成を支援

・提携代理店、商社ブローカー、キャプティブ等との連携や、他国のAonグループとの連携

・再保険者およびフロンティング保険会社との折衝

・Reinsurance Solutionsの日本・ロンドン・シンガポールおよび他国との連携

・Commercial Risk Solutionsとの連携・支援

応募資格(経験・スキル)

・日本における企業分野損害保険の業務経験（グローバル企業顧客のビジネス経験があることが望ましい）

・保険会社（種目業務部、企業営業部、再保険部等）、ブローカー（元受あるいは再保険）、企業代理店等での5年以上の業務経験

・財産保険分野、エネルギー分野、工事保険、リスクマネジメントなどの経験があれば尚よい

・その他の保険種目（賠償、マリン等）の経験があれば尚よい

・ビジネスレベルの英語力、ネイティブレベルの日本語必須

業務内容

元受ブローカーからのオーダーに基づいた任意再保険手配のアドミ業務（非営業業務）を担っていただきます。

・フロンティング保険会社との再保険スリップ調整・再保険契約締結実務

・再保険者との再保険条件交渉・スリップ調整・再保険契約締結実務

・Commercial Risk Solutions（元受ブローカー）・Reinsurance Solutionsの垣根を超えた日本・ロンドン・シンガポールの同僚との社内連携

応募資格(経験・スキル)

・日本における企業分野損害保険の業務経験（グローバル企業顧客のビジネス経験があることが望ましい）

・保険会社（種目業務部、国際部門、企業営業部、再保険部等）、ブローカー（元受あるいは再保険）、企業代理店等での5年程度の業務経験

・財産保険分野、エネルギー分野、工事保険、再保険業務などの経験があれば尚よい

・ビジネスレベルの英語力、ネイティブレベルの日本語必須 勤務条件 給与：経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定

勤務地：東京23区

勤務時間：9:00-17:00（休憩60分・実働7時間）フレックスタイム制　残業有　※残業代の付与条件は規定による

待遇： 賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等

休日：完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始(12/30～1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等
